So, here comes the science….

Step 1:

Taking the first step is completely down to you. We hope you appreciate our work ethic and ethos and want us to be the home buying company that’s right for you.

Give us a call on 0800 206 2075 and our team will ask a few simple questions about the property you’d like us to buy. (You can also get in touch through our Contact Us page)

We will then call you back the next working day (at a time best suited to you) for a chat about your home, the property buying timeline and some information about us to make you feel at home (excuse the pun!).

This gets the ball rolling and allows us to appoint your own dedicated Account Manager who is local to you, ensuring they have an understanding of the property market in your area.

Step 2:

We will arrange for your home buying Account Manager to visit your home, introduce themselves and tour the property.

This could be done in as little as 24 hours of getting in touch (Monday to Friday), especially if you are looking for a quick sale.

They will complete a checklist and make any notes about the property, as well as take measurements and pictures.

Being face to face you can ask any questions you may have, as well as get to know your Account Manager, as building a rapport and trust will help put you at ease and feel fully involved in the process.

Fast home Purchase completely understand that there is a wide variety of reasons as to why you may want to sell your home. Which is why we are empathetic and treat both yourself and your home with respect and dignity.

Step 3:

We will process the valuation of the property, assess the condition of the property and any faults or history, along with property values in the area. Our team will collate all the sources and put forward an official cash offer for your home.

Fast Home Purchase are completely transparent and explain how you home offer will be below the market value. This allows you to sell your home quickly, but still for a fair price. Saving you precious time and long drawn out fees, with the cash in your account within weeks!

Step 4:

Our formal offers are valid for 14 days from the date printed on the offer itself, giving you time to think things through and ask any questions you may have. If you’re happy to proceed with the offer, we will arrange to complete the sale as quickly as you would like. This could be as little as 14 days depending on circumstances.

This can really help you save on ongoing payments such as mortgages, utility bills and Council Tax. We can even help with any property clearance, helping make things as stress free as possible!

Your home buying Account Manager will be able to talk through with you’re the best time scales, so that you know where in the process you’re at and how long it may be before the cash is in your account.
